Top 2 Gamehendge characters in Trey's soon-to-be-released graduate thesis project, commissioned by The Mockingbird Foundation, to be performed by kids who benefitted from grants. Working title: Gamehendge 2: Analog w00kaloo.

I ruined it.

Sorry guys.

DirtyHonky Did anyone see the musical? Haven't seen it, but my guess is that it has to be a low point in The Troy's career...

It was actually fairly well-reviewed:

But it's a tough business.

I saw it in previews. It was just ok. The music was fine, I liked the acting well enough. But I found myself not really rooting for anyone, and the main character became this truck that rotated in the middle of the stage. As you were sitting in the theater, you kind of forgot Trey's involvement and then a song would come on and I would try to find something I liked about it . . .

I was wishing him the very best, but I was not surprised by its brief life.

It was basically a country music musical, with Trey writing broadway show tunes that were heavily flavored with country music. It was fun but yeah, nothing really compelling. A few of the characters were interesting, complex people, and the ways that they dealt with the fact that everyone had to keep their hands on the truck the whole time were very creative.

Mr_Draned My wife grew up in Oklahoma City. Every year at the fair there was a contest called the B.O.-Geo, similar to Hands on a Hardbody, where 5 contestants had to sit inside a Geo Tracker. They were given set bathroom breaks, but that was it. They ate in the car, slept in the car, talked in the car, lost their minds in the car, and the last one "left sitting" in the Geo was the winner.
The fair was 2 weeks, and so was the contest (if it went that long). She said those who persevered on were in very haggard shape by the end. The winner was usually near insanity, and usually pondered if what they endured was actually worth the prize.

RunawayJim I'm surprised "Your Hardbody is a Wonderland" didn't make the cut.
